Ysbail is the Welsh for Isobel and is pronounced a couple ways depending on the region -- Ish-bell and Ees-bell. If it's done the European way, I think the Y would be pronounced a little like E, so maybe for the first syllable we would say the verb 'is', and then the second like a felon would make a call for, 'bail'.
